Junior Golf
The Junior Golf Program at Lakeside Golf Club has been a cornerstone of the club's growth and community engagement since its revitalization in 2019. What began as a renewed initiative has quickly evolved into a thriving program, welcoming juniors of all skill levels and fostering a passion for the game in a fun, supportive environment.
Our program is designed to introduce young golfers to the fundamentals of the game while also providing pathways for skill development, competition, and personal growth. Through structured coaching, engaging clinics, and on-course experiences, juniors not only learn the golf techniques, but also valuable life skills such as sportsmanship, discipline, and confidence.
Junior golf programs like ours play a vital role in strengthening both the club and the broader community. They create a welcoming pipeline for future members, encourage family involvement at the club, and help build lasting relationships among participants. More importantly, they provide youth in the Chestermere area with a healthy, outdoor activity that promotes physical activity, social interaction, and lifelong enjoyment of the game.
